We are delighted to announce the upcoming launch of the NOIWE Academy. Our courses and materials are currently being piloted and finalized through early-access introductory programs
WHAT IS NOWE ACADEMY?
The NOIWE Academy is our multilingual, online global platform for learning about and experiencing Transformative-Emancipatory Pedagogy (TEP)® in practice. It builds on TEP as a scientifically grounded pedagogical infrastructure, designed to be adapted and replicated across sectors and geographical contexts. The Academy also integrates carefully designed, human-centered AI-supported activities to foster reflection, dialogue, and critical engagement.
WHO IS THE NOIWE ACADEMY FOR?
The NOIWE Academy is designed for educators, students, professionals, and institutions across disciplines and sectors. Through immersive and applied learning experiences, participants engage with complex knowledge, real-world challenges, and ethical decision-making, while exploring how TEP can be adapted to diverse educational and professional contexts.
INTRODUCTORY TEP COURSES
EARLY ACCESS SUBSCRIPTION
We are currently inviting expressions of interest for early-access introductory courses on Transformative-Emancipatory Pedagogy (TEP)®.
These small-cohort courses are part of the initial development phase of NOIWE Academy and will directly contribute to shaping future programs and materials.
Two parallel cohorts will be offered:
– One in English
– One in French
The introductory course is based on the book Transformative-Emancipatory Pedagogy (TEP) to Reimagine Education: Teaching Controversies in Diverse Settings and provides a structured entry point into TEP.
The first pilot cohorts will run over two months, between May and June.
By registering your interest, you can expect to:
– Receive detailed information about course structure, dates, and early subscription conditions
– Be invited to a free online introductory webinar presenting TEP and the learning philosophy of NOIWE Academy
– Receive a follow-up email with enrollment instructions once registration opens

It simply allows us to stay in touch and share next steps.

ADVANCED TEP CERTIFICATION PATHWAYS → Train as a TEP practitioner, facilitator, or leader
Courses are designed for both educators and learners across sectors.
TEP MATERIALS
We use dynamic, research-informed learning resources, including:
– Puzzle games and interactive activities
– Role-playing and simulations
– Collaborative, immersive projects
All materials are grounded in interdisciplinary research and years of empirical testing.
Our resources will include carefully designed AI-supported activities to foster reflection, dialogue, and critical engagement within the TEP framework.
